HEAVY METALLIC ENERGY PONTOON 15163

Project 15163

The energy pontoon has many equipment inside it. There is being installed a complex of the outfit forelectrical energy reception from the shore with electricpotential 6 kV, energy conversion up to 0,4 kV andenergy distribution inside the energy pontoon. Besides, there are electric systems and electrical facilities withelectric service panels for power output into the mainswith electric potential from 400 V, 50 Hz up to 1600 A(by panel electric-measuring instrument). Also there aredirect-current mains up to 4000 A with electric potential210-315 V (by panel electric-measuring instrument), themains with electric potential 230 V, 400 Hz up to 160 A(panel measuring instrument – 400). The number of theelectric panels being provided by the project.

The electrical energy reception from the shore with electricpotential 6 kV is provided by two high voltage distributionunits HVDU-1 and HVDU-2 which can be divided into fourfeeders.

The two feeders provide power supply of the PackagedTransformer Substation№1 (PTS№1) and the Packaged Transformer Substation №2 (PTS№2).

The other two feeders are supposed to provide powersupply of the converters. For converting the alternate current with electric potential400 V and frequency 50 Hz into the alternate currentwith electric potential 230 V and frequency 400 Hz thethree static converters with power output 50 kilowattin each (one of which is to be a reserved one) are installedat the energy pontoon.

For converting the alternate current into the direct onewith electric potential 210-315 V the two static rectifierconverters with power output 4000 A each are installedat the energy pontoon. The electrical energy reception from the shore withelectric potential 400 V to the current 225 A is foreseento be placed on the electric service panel of power givenfrom the shore (ESPPS).
