THE PRODUCTION CAPACITY OF THE SSK CONCRETE PLANT IS AT LEAST 16 M³ PER HOUR, WHICH MEANS WE PRODUCE AROUND 60,000 TONS OF CONCRETE PER YEAR.
In 2011, we launched our own concrete production plant, equipped with Turkish-made equipment. The plant was built using a special technology that allows us to produce concrete year-round. This became possible thanks to the implementation of a high-tech thermal protection system, which has proven highly effective in winter conditions.
The production capacity of the SSK concrete plant is at least 16 m³ per hour, which means we produce around 60,000 tons of concrete per year. Fully meeting our internal demand for concrete, SSK is also able to supply material to external organizations. Moreover, in our in-house laboratory, in addition to standard industrial grades, we develop custom concrete mixes upon request. The resulting samples are tested on-site for strength and frost resistance, and if necessary, test reports and certifications are issued. Only after this process is complete is the order delivered to the client.
