OJSC “SSK” won the open tender for building of a non-propelled dredger with capacity of 1000 m3/hour of class RRR

OJSC “SSK” won the open tender for building of a non-propelled dredger with capacity of 1000 m³/hour of class RRR "X О 2,0 (ice 40) А", project RDB 66.42, for the needs of the Federal state institution (FSI) "Rechvodput".

On October 31, a state contract for building of the dredger was concluded between (FSI) "Rechvodput" and OJSC “SSK”. The planned delivery time is September 2018. This is a new business for OJSC “SSK”: the company had never built such ships, however so much the interesting it will be to implement this project. This is a new experience, new opportunities to express ourselves in new market segments, and the main thing is that the vessel is intended for civilian purpose, that fully corresponds to the program of production diversification adopted at the enterprise.
