Laying of a new floating dock

A new floating dock of project 28140C with building No 1091 was officially laid on
the cradle of SSC PJSC. The customer and the operator is Arkhangelsk branch of Joint Stock Company “Center of Ship Repair “Zvezdochka” – “Ship Repair Plant “Krasnaya Kuznitsa” (Arkhangelsk city).

Designer is Sea Tech LLC, a Nizhny Novgorod company.

The dock is intended for docking and repair of ships and vessel with dock weight 5 000 tons to perform repair, cleaning and painting of the external shell, sea valves, propeller-rudder system and anchoring arrangements, and to replace the galvanic protection.

The delivery is scheduled by the end of 2025
